MLO mapping in the chumash region. Serves as both a fishing equipement store and a fish market. Most servers with fishing scripts have a random spot/npc for players to sell their catch and sell fishing equipements in Youtools. This mapping will bring a nice little spot to do all that. Can be used simply as an interior to add a nice touch to the rp of your server or could be used to create a new job for your players for more interactions! Offers a lot of possibility. Most textures can be changed in the texture files.
